Love Hemi Sync. TERRIBLE App
This is not how Monroe would want his legacy to continue on. App is so awful it’s the antithesis of relaxing and helpful.
This is ridiculous
I paid over $500 for the Gateway Experience only to discover that unless you bank another $2-300 for a ‘premium subscription’ it’s a three ring circus production to download the content and then get it to play without shutting off every 30 seconds. I’m a big believer in the ideology but I don’t know what I paid so much for when I could have purchased a subscription for less and have access to pretty much the same content; or why they’ve made it nearly impossible to listen to the content you purchased without further financial investment which is substantial. Greedy and disrespectful to your listeners.

Horrible App and Takes Money and No Subscription
This keeps happening! Not only is the app horrible but money comes out of my account but yet the app AND the website says I have no subscription?! This is fraudulent!
Awful app
An app that should make me relaxed and at peace turns out to be so annoying to search for a track and also it freezes all the f time. I hate it.
Dark Mode - are you there? Where are you?
The app has been out for so many years and yet still fails to have a simple ‘dark mode’ feature available. This review will fall on deaf ears however. Great audio content though.
Super broken.
Really frustrating. App throws an error message immediately upon opening. Tried to listen to a track several times, it cut off and stopped and wouldn’t be restarted. Tried to subscribe to solve the problem. No effect. Glitchy, broken, and an unfortunate waste of money. Couldn’t listen to anything.
Frustrating
I got this app to try out the Gateway tapes. There’s no instruction it’s a confusing app. The other meditations don’t make sense in here. It feels like the mediumship meditations thrown in there, not fond of this app at all. It’s like you took a bunch of spiritual buzz words and made them into outside of the gateway tapes

Disappointed
I keep getting an error msg on the app so can’t use and when I ask for app support nothing happens
App won’t sync to my online purchases.
Basically useless for travel unless I want to drag my PC with me.

Canceled my paid subscription and even though I have three weeks left before it officially cancels, I no longer have access to full listening time on any of the tracks, I just get 2-3 minute previews.

Welcome to the The Hellgate Experience
The app is buggy, Slow and few days after I purchased a subscription the app just decided to log me out, when I logged back in my subscription is gone and the restore purchases button doesn’t even work, it gives an error instead. There is more bugs and issues than actual tracks.
Frustrating!
I got this specifically so I can do the Gateway Experience but the app is not user friendly note intuitive. I can’t even search anything in the search bar. It won’t let me type anything. It is advertised there are over 300 different tracks, I certainly do not see that many options. The mixer is really quite neat and I look forward to playing with it more. But as of now, I am super disappointed. I had way higher expectations and I really hope I am able to do the Gateway Experience like I planned.

Really good!
Other than some eastern sounding twangy instrument which can be a little distracting -maybe just for me, and the music which stops very abruptly at the end, this was very nice!!! Great calming voice and I got very relaxed.

The search box is light gray with white font, you can barely read what you’re typing.
There’s no way to filter by language so if you like a particular author you have to navigate through a myriad of titles in other languages until you find one that’s suitable.
Weird “Code 500” errors when trying to add items to my library.
And finally, the icing on the cake, one of the first few audios I wanted to hear was truncated.
So they’re not only careless about the user interface, they have no quality control for the content they host.
They don’t deserve our hard earned cash.

Worst app ever
Great meditation sessions in the WORST app I have ever seen in my life. If you try to listen to a playlist, it simply stops from one track to another. It’s just so frustrating! I regret so much having subscribed for a whole year. I try to use it but it is impossible for me as it makes me uncomfortable instead of calming me down.

Stressful app
This app is supposed to relieve stress, but just causes it due to it being unresponsive
Broken
Installed and immediately got an error message. It’s astonishing that someone felt this app was ready for public release. I’ve read Monroe’s books and have been working through the Gateway Experience with a plan to attend a residential course at Monroe Institute later this year. This really reflects poorly on the institute, and makes Monroe’s work look like a joke. Shameful.
