Can’t Access Account
While I really like the app itself, I’m really disappointed with the customer experience. After not using the app for a few weeks, I tried to log back in and was unable to access my account. My subscription is paid through November, yet it’s prompting me to sign up and pay again.
Unfortunately, I have been unable to find a way to contact customer service directly to resolve the issue. As a result, I have paid for a subscription which I currently cannot use, which has been very frustrating and feels like a waste of money. I hope the company improves its customer support and account recovery process.

Scam
My subscription is prepaid until November (i cancelled the automatic renewal) but the app will not let me use the paid features, even though i have a valid subscription.
Great App
Awesome collection of tools to address any one at a time of the various sleep modes we all need. Need to add ability to set up 3 hours of deep sleep followed by 3 h of healing sleep followed by 2 h of inspirational dreaming for example🙏
Paid subscription stopped working
I loved this app for 2 years until it lost my subscription. Re-linking failed. Buying a second subscription failed. Remove and reinstall didn't fix it. The developer has now been paid for 2 subscriptions that no longer work. No recourse.

I’ve tried multiple times to regain access. Keeps putting me in a loop to choose a subscription, I already have one selected.
What is going on here??

There is no way to contact the developer on their website or anything linked to the App Store!
