I listen to this music every night. It takes away my white noise and keeps me in a good place all night. It doesn’t have songs just music. Love it!!

I have plenty of anxiety attacks then I get on this app it has soothing sound that one calm me down and other help me fall asleep if you want to pay you can but the free sounds work to : )
Caused more irritation
I ran across an add for 10 hz alpha waves and i had a reaction to it so i got the app to explore it.
That add sound wasn’t listed and most of the offered sounds are ruined by overlaying birds and whatever else.
I found that most of the video samples only irritated me.
I’m highly intuitive and a natural medium and most of these just triggered aggression or flat irritation in me.
They likely effect me in ways a normal human isn’t but still I wish I could get access to what actually triggered a positive response in me.
Looks like just another app for me to delete in the first day of looking it over.
