I love the fact there is a layering option so I can still hear this when other apps are open. I even mix their pure tones over my favorite storm videos on another app. Highly recommend
Deep sleep triggered
I listen to white noise every night but this takes noise to another level. The combination of beats, herzt, and nature is perfect. I sleep soundly and wake rested. I have even found myself listening to the meditation music when i am frazzled at work. Worth the money for premium. DO IT!!

I don’t usually rate apps, but this is one of my favorites. It provides legitimate binaural beats that take my anxiety from high to gone.

I remember iDoser— the first big binaural beat company to hit the internet back prior to 2008, and I remember trying all of the different frequencies but felt no effects.

Damn good for ADD/ADHD/Sleep Support/Anxiety Suppression
I signed up for the monthly subscription, and oh-em-gee!!!! I slept sooooooo good last night listening to a nature binaural beats. I really enjoyed my sleep, fell asleep faster than normal (without the help of meds), and I felt actually RESTED today when I got up! As far as ADD or Anxiety Suppression goes? There’s tons of tracks to listen to that help me focus and stay on task! I’m really really loving this subscription so far! 👍👍
