Was good, but now it’s not working
I bought a years worth of premium that expires in February 2027, but when I try to use the app it has stopped allowing me to use premium features. HELP :(
Can’t Access Account
While I really like the app itself, I’m really disappointed with the customer experience. After not using the app for a few weeks, I tried to log back in and was unable to access my account. My subscription is paid through November, yet it’s prompting me to sign up and pay again.
Unfortunately, I have been unable to find a way to contact customer service directly to resolve the issue. As a result, I have paid for a subscription which I currently cannot use, which has been very frustrating and feels like a waste of money. I hope the company improves its customer support and account recovery process.

Scam
My subscription is prepaid until November (i cancelled the automatic renewal) but the app will not let me use the paid features, even though i have a valid subscription.
Great App
Awesome collection of tools to address any one at a time of the various sleep modes we all need. Need to add ability to set up 3 hours of deep sleep followed by 3 h of healing sleep followed by 2 h of inspirational dreaming for example🙏
Paid subscription stopped working
I loved this app for 2 years until it lost my subscription. Re-linking failed. Buying a second subscription failed. Remove and reinstall didn't fix it. The developer has now been paid for 2 subscriptions that no longer work. No recourse.

How do I cancel before I get billed?

I’ve tried multiple times to regain access. Keeps putting me in a loop to choose a subscription, I already have one selected.
What is going on here??

Keeps asking me for My Apple ID
Pretty sure this app has been hacked and is being used as a vector to try and steal Apple ID passwords

Don't do the free trial. You'll be charged even if you cancel and they won't refund the $50. SCAM
Scam with limited options- you tube is better

Well, I did the trial. Cancelled the same day, because I have been burned before. I actually liked the app, but when they still charged me after I cancelled, I will never use it and speak out against this company on every social media platform. Tired of companies doing this. I wrote an email , and of course no response

I don't see the purpose of this app. I wanted to try this, but I can't even make it past the "how did you find us" option. Seems like on older iPhones this won't work. I'll be deleting it right away.
