“Free”
Pretty scammy to list an app as Free only for it to have zero functionality unless an in app purchase is made. I’m pretty sure this is against the App Store terms of service. Why not just list it for $5 …
It’s making me pay more money for updates
I don’t need any updates and I already paid for the app. Now I can’t access the Home Screen. What the heck?

Hi, sorry for the issue. And for just seeing this review. You didn't have to buy anything. I understand why it appeared as such to you though. Apple changed something so that the menu button wasn't visible anymore on newer devices that I didn't have available to test. It was still there and would have worked. Unfortunately it took me some time to find out this was occurring, but it has since been fixed. Please use Apple's process for refunds.
Nearly there
App works well, biggest drawback is not having Audible sounds on counters. When you head is in the microscope having two seperate sound for the viability mode would make this a 5 star
