Flooded with scams
At first I could really appreciate the app and the space it holds for everyone but cis men. It’s almost perfect. But there are so many “sugar mommy” scams on the app that it makes it almost unsuable. I would say on average 9/10 of my likes are from these scam accounts that are trying to take your money. I wish the developers would filter these things out or give an option to filter out keyboard s in peoples profiles. Until this issue is resolved I would say the app is fine as long as you are prepared to deal with this frustration

impossible to use without subscription
App is good, i like that it is dedicated to preserving the wlw community but it doesn’t let you see who has liked you unless you pay an obscene amount of money for a subscription or wait 24 hours every 3 likes you open and there’s no control over which likes they are. There’s also no way to filter out age preference or location so I’m wasting my time clicking through likes from 40 yr old women from a different state when I want to be looking at likes from girls my age and in my town.

Useless, bug ridden and non-existent customer service 0 STARS
Honestly don’t bother, decided to give it another try and my account is on hold due to ‘network problems’ what does that mean and why do customer service not respond for months. It’s not a new issue but one they have no desire to fix and I don’t even trust them to delete my data
Over charged- Will not reply to customer service emails
I was $24.99 charged weekly for several months when the advertised price is $24.99 a month, Apple refuses to refund, and Her will not reply. DO NOT SUBSCRIBE!
Flooded with bots, men, and bigots.
I’ve been using this app since around November last year, and I have never had a single match that went anywhere.
The app is constantly flooded with the same stream of bots that somehow never get flagged off the bat. Every day I get 2/3 likes off of the same bots. The second plague is the men on this site trying to “prove us wrong” or whatever, most of the time it’s lads who don’t realise this place is for queer women, or they’re cosplaying as non binary to “experiment” (this actually happened to me on this app btw).
The third and most concerning is the amount of bigots and transphobes this app harbours, the amount of times I’ve had people match w me before they say “oh you’re a trans?” Is concerning and shouldn’t be allowed or even tolerated on such an app. Dgaf if you’re queer, if you’re transphobic you’re not welcome in our community.
This app sucks, please just go outside and meet real people everyone.
