you can only swipe on 2 of your likes at a time it's ridiculous. its unfortunate because i wanted a good wlw dating app but this one is so insanely annoying to use:/ the countdown timer for the likes has literally been paused for me.
50% bots or fake profiles
Too many women who probably aren’t real. You pay for a subscription and then you have to pay more just to see who likes you and be able to communicate with users on the app. You’ll get 50 likes you can’t see in just a few days and then pay to reveal those likes and they all end up being not real people.

Constant Spam Messages
Do not get this app you will be constantly getting email after email from them. I blocked their email sent it to Spam filtered it and there’s no way out of it. It has been reported but do not get this app.
Match Group ruined HER
First of all, if you get blocked by someone you matched with because they’re a transphobe and don’t read, you still are forced to see them for 10 days in your messages. No ability to delete. So they self ruined the app for the next week and a half. Worst of all, HER was advertised on OkCupid, which I saw, that ad brought a ton of straight guys to this little lesbian bar, if you will. Now it’s overrun with straight guys harassing us. In the last week or so, way more straight guys liked me than women, extremely unusual. Or used to be! They trashed our space. It was such a nice experience. But Match Group is bigoted af anyway. They ruined dating. NEVER GIVE THEM ANY MONEY. They don’t deserve it.

The T4T filter is free for a certain number of profiles every week but after you reach that limit it says “see more curated profiles with Her Premium.” So essentially you have to pay to filter for T4T? Technically cis lesbians would have to pay to filter only for cis lesbians I guess but they functionally don’t need to cuz they make up the vast majority of users anyway

This app isn’t even helpful to find people to date, it’s money hungry. Why am i supposed to pay to see who has swiped on me. No i don’t want to pay on who has viewed my profile. So stupid.

They said it was an app for lesbians, which I myself am one, so naturally I went on, but no matter what men would always like or message me even though my profile says lesbian/attracted only to women. I don’t want to see trans men or non-binary, I only want women and it’s sad to see that it simply isn’t an option to be considered. When I did look and see if there was anything I could do to fix this, it didnt let me unless I paid. Why would I need to pay to only get women? That’s so weird and excluding to lesbians.
Anyway, I suggest getting another dating app. Dont get this one if you’re only attracted to one gender, because they will always throw anybody and everybody at you.

The app is great but the chat is a little buggy and doesn’t refresh well. I have to go out and back in often.
My biggest issue is the abundance of fake profiles. If I talk to 10 connections, 8 of them are fake people trying to get your off app to chat for a scam. Yes, they are fake and soon after you refuse they block you. HER needs to verify people better that they are real. An email just isn’t enough. Other apps do better.

I’m sure the actual app is good but tbh I’m quite angry with it. I tried to make an acount as an 18 year old woman I have several health conditions that make my face seem a lot younger then 18 I was prepared to take a photo of my I’d to prove I was 18, which other apps do which I think is quite reasonably and important, but instead it wanted me to take a photo of my face and then let ai analyse it to work out if I was 18. which tbh I think is discriminative and exclusionary as a lot of people look younger then they actually are due to many reasons so then it blocked me from going on the app because some ai decided I wasn’t 18. I really think you should change this to taking a photo of passports and ids if you don’t want any other people to be excluded from your app.

Have been sending emails regarding a cancellation for 3 weeks requesting a refund and a cancellation of the subscription and no one has gotten back to me!

Almost all bots
Downloaded with the hopes of finding company. 99% of the profiles that “like” me are bots pretending to be sugar mommies. You can’t see more than five people who “like” you at a time, and almost every time I ever did get to view them, four out of the five people were always bots or scams. If you’re a broke collage kid, don’t waste your time on this app. Just not worth it.

Awful app. Can’t delete account?! Weirdos continue to text & ‘like’ me despite me being offline and inactive. I had multiple bad experiences with people I’ve met up with thru HER. Recommended ppl far from my age. Unethical. Not reality. Terrible. Stay away for your own good.
