I tried to set up an account five days ago and I’ve never been able to access it. I keep getting an error message when I try to log in. I’ve sent numerous requests to rectify it and I’ve never heard from them. Frustrating, to say the least.

I like the app, but the amount of scammer accounts have been overwhelming this recently. Fake accounts from China especially. We need an option to Geo Block regions of origin.
Also we should be able to report an account that has been unmatched. This is their MO, get you on another app and they unmatch you. After the scam, you can’t report them to HER.

My account was banned over moody sapphics? Not sure because they won’t even tell me! Yet tranny men can wear diapers?????? This app makes no sense and is completely unfair to its users! Garbage

This is much better than the other apps I have used. Only complaint is they will ban you for no reason sometimes? Maybe if it gets reported they just have to look into it first but that was annoying. Besides that it’s wayyy better then any others I have used

Disappointed
I allegedly broke community guidelines. I'm above 18, posted photos only of myself, and sent one slightly flirty message. I've sent multiple emails to the support email asking for an explanation,and haven't received anything in return. I would warn others but I don't even know what I'd be warning of. Don't get this app

Too restrictive
The focus on this app has become about making money, instead of helping people find love… you can’t do anything, but create a profile and swipe (w/ limits) — can’t do much without paying… we as people have to start pushing back against all this subscription BS and stop paying for it so they understand what the purpose is here… ridiculous! $15-19/wk or even $20-25 is WAY TOO MUCH, yall are way too GREEDY!!!

Expensive, scammy, and NOT queer friendly
First and foremost, WHY are there men on app called her?? AMAB men on a lesbian dating app??? And this was a common occurrence btw.
Next, just about every feature is locked behind a paywall. And at $20 a month, I find that ridiculous and unfair. I truly hope to never reach the level of desperation one would need to pay that. However, if I did, it certainly wouldn't be with this godawful app. I'd go to one of the straight ones like hinge.
Letting your users sort basic preferences like age and gender should absolutely not be locked behind a paywall and raise serious ethical questions for an app that's marketed towards queer people. We continue to fight and search for safe spaces, and this app certainly is not that. Do better.

Overrated
This app has way too many bots and people who report things for no reason for me to pay money for this app or even use it. Wasted my money and I barely had it for 2 days. I guess it helps some people out but not for me or my community. I’m just stunned with no words right now. I’m pretty embarrassed. So strictly opinionated based rates snd based on our personal experiences so you should just figure it out yourself and then give your feedback.
