Observación
Le doy 3 de 5 estrellas porque, aunque la aplicación cumple con varias funciones básicas, todavía tiene mucho espacio para mejorar. Para una compañía con tantos distribuidores y clientes, esperaba una experiencia mucho más moderna, intuitiva y completa.
También considero que deberían existir beneficios fijos, claros y accesibles para todos los distribuidores independientes, no solamente incentivos ligados al volumen, niveles, puntos o crecimiento de una red. Quien invierte dinero, tiempo, gasolina, materiales y esfuerzo en desarrollar el negocio debería sentir que recibe beneficios concretos y consistentes por formar parte de la compañía.
Además, hacen falta herramientas más transparentes para visualizar ventas, gastos, ganancias reales y rentabilidad. No todo debería medirse únicamente en puntos o volumen; también debería ser fácil saber cuánto realmente estás ganando después de todos los costos.
La aplicación funciona, pero funcionar no es lo mismo que ofrecer una experiencia verdaderamente útil para el distribuidor. Herbalife tiene el potencial y los recursos para ofrecer mucho más. ⭐️⭐️⭐️

The “new and improved” app is the worst ever! The website isn’t any better. Favorited items have disappeared, there’s no way to favorite frequently purchased items, no wart way to find items and customer service consists of stock answers they basically say nothing. I love their teas but I am seriously thinking about finding alternatives somewhere else . You’d think that a company like Herbalife would make the user experience easy to use. Nope.

Can you do something!!!!It’s honestly shocking that a company as huge as Herbalife still has an app that works this badly in 2026. The app constantly freezes, lags, and feels painfully outdated. Ordering products becomes frustrating because everything loads so slowly, as if we’re living in the 19th century.
How can such a large company with so many years in business not invest in fixing the user experience? The products may be good, but the app is absolutely unbearable to use.

Worst website ever for such a multi million dollar company
Hate it
I have been an Herbalife member using this app for four years. It is the worst app I can hardly ever get in. It sends me four different codes and none of them work even when I’m trying to use facial recognition.
Poor sign in procedure
90% of the time when I sign into the app I get 2 login codes almost simultaneously, when I enter the most recent code I get an error message. I would like the developer to look into why it creates 2 codes. When I am about total my cart it tends to glitch or stop working and kicks me out of the app.

This company is an absolute rip off. They raise their prices weekly. $104 for a half gallon of aloe is insane. And this scam has lost my business. Do not buy their product. The price doesn’t match the quality.
