Quality of printouts
It’s a great machine, and it can do mostly everything. Is there anyway you can update the quality of the print outs? My prints come out blurry.

Can’t change font type
The app works with my device but it doesn’t allow me to customize font types and capitalization like other apps did. I used to only use Cinzel for my labels but I’m not able to use any except the one default now.
Great app great product
This is the most convenient app and printer. No need to buy ink or have some bulky printer. 10/10 would recommend

Overall, great app. The options for sizing photos could be better, with the option to choose standard print sizes and print multiple photos per sheet. Also, if using a thermal printer, the option for the photo to continue printing at the point at which the temperature monitor pauses the print causes the photo to begin a new print, therefore ruining the ream/book it might be connected to.

Working really well so far
I have been using this for a couple of days to print shipping labels. It works well but i am unable to control the label spitting. Not sure what settings i can use from the app

I’ve been trying for the last 20 minutes to connect it to my Wi-Fi. It’s saying no printer found. I want my money back.

I have had this for about two months, it logged me out! I tried to log in but I couldn’t find my password:( I tried to create an account but it won’t send me the verification code to email!! I have tried several times and it won’t work! I have checked trash, junk, unread, to-cc, everything!!! Once it did send it to me but the app backed out of the signup and I still tried it up it didn’t work!! Please help me!!!

Update
The app just updated and now my pdf files don’t display and therefore won’t print. Right in the middle of work. Ugh!
More bugs than ever
Just downloaded the newest update and now my labels are blank and say loading and never load. Looks like I’m done with this printer

i can connect it to my device however it just won’t print, even with full battery. complete waste of money and i don’t recommend

Update shuts down. This it not printing, quit connecting and restarting everything. Can’t even do support in the app. Even reinstalled it.

If u try to do the tattoo stencil it will say out of paper. It will only work with small stencil paper if u put two in there.
