Nice concept but…

…in the option to “follow others” it needs an option to manually add the days the period (menstrual flow) last to be predicted. Not only the amount of days of the full cycle. There’s no prediction to see, if there are no days of menstrual flow. Plus, there’s no future month to view, only a current week view to log things. I’m a man, and I keep track of my wife, sister and a coworker. Flowcast lets you put everything and see the future in months, but the app hasn’t been updated. Look at that app and take ideas and see the power of that I asking for. I’m willing to pay that in your app.

Response from developer

Thank you so much for taking the time to write such a detailed review, and for explaining exactly how you use HerFlow to keep track of the people you care about. Your feedback is really valuable. Today, people you follow use only the cycle length, and the calendar shows just the current week. I kept the view for people you follow intentionally limited for privacy, because showing too much detail about someone else’s cycle can feel like snooping. That said, an optional switch to show a month calendar with predictions for the coming months is a good idea. I’ll think about it, along with your suggestion to enter how many days the period usually lasts, for future versions of HerFlow. If you need help with anything else in the meantime, please email me at support@herflowapp.com. I’m always happy to help. Thanks again for your support! -Stefan HerFlow
