Amazing Program & Team
I have been on the program for a Year. I’m so grateful for this program & the support I have received. I have always been active, but somehow life would interrupt, & I would find myself struggling. I wish someone would have explained to me how to be consistent, mindful, and aware of the importance of stacking your wins. The exercise portion is the easier part for me. The nutrition, YIKES. Love It
I’ve been using the app and program for almost 4 months and haven’t gone a day without using it since I started. It’s very easy to use,
to log my workouts, to log my macros, use the community, connect with my coach and track my progress overall. I love the water tracker, period tracker and how I could connect my Apple phone to the app to also see my steps. The app is a great tool for overall health and wellness with using the JGF program.

SCAM
This program is a scam. Josh Goldstein isn’t even involved and there is no individualized plans they are just generic. Maybe Josh should use all the money he scams people with to develop a better app because the app is trash.
Glitchy App & SCAM of a Program
Not only is this app incredibly glitchy, the program is a total SCAM. The app barely works, the chat feature glitches every time I open it, the videos stop your music & don’t automatically re-start it. If you change the specific lift, the video for the new workout doesn’t change with it, you have to exit out of the app completely & re-start it for the correct video to populate. You can’t add “.5” to the food log, so you can’t log half of anything, the water tracking feature didn’t work, it’s so bad lol. DO NOT FALL FOR THIS SCAM!!! They will tell you and promise anything they can to get you to agree to sign up & then there is absolutely no follow through.
I am truly assuming these other 5 star reviews are employees because they were all posted on either May 13 or April 15… so I’m sure a memo went out to the team to rate it on those days.

App was too glitchy
For the amount of money spent for this program and app, I would have thought it would have been way more advanced with a lot more things to offer. Alot of the reviews are from girls who are probably head over heels for Josh and may not be 100% about their experience. Every time I opened up the app it would always freeze and if it didn’t freeze, it would glitch in some way. I let Josh and his team know but I feel like I was shrugged off. Hopefully they can add more features to the app to accommodate the price that is being charged for this program and find a solution for these problems.

It makes it so easy to navigate every bit of the program, from planning/tracking meals and workouts, to habit/mindset accountability, all customized to your life and goals. Can’t even list every amazing thing about the app as it’s so comprehensive. Josh and his team are all so supportive and accessible, every step of the way. Best App I have ever used
This has honestly been the best app I have ever used from a woman’s perspective. Organized, simple, and extremely customized. My progress has been more in 3 months than my entire life, and it’s so sustainable. I highly recommend Josh and his team, they’re the best!

Best choice I made!!!!
I have been working with Josh for just over 4 months, I have tried many different types of health and fitness people and I would choose Josh over and over again. He knows what he’s talking about and doesn’t ignore any text or call you send him. The best part for me is the group talk’s twice a month. We all get on a zoom call and check in. Hearing how other people’s success in a group setting with Josh is one of the best feature, the open talk is amazing. His program is one of a kind and the one worth joining!!!!

I absolutely love this app! Josh and his staff are all amazing! I’ve only been on his program for about 5 days or so and I can already see a change in not only my weight but also my size/measurements. I love how available Josh and his staff are when you need something. Highly will recommend.

Such a great tool for health/fitness!
The app has individualized workouts that you can swap as needed to fit your needs that day, a meal plan personalized to your goals, and now you can smart add foods but typing them in and it creates a meal entry with full macros. There is a chat feature as well that is awesome for communicating with the trainers! Overall a great tool for such a life changing program.

Don’t waste your money!
One star is too many. App doesn’t work most of the time. Have to pay $125 just to download the app in addition to the ridiculous cost of the program and the “training” is a joke. Lack of communication, false promises, overall disappointing. There are far better free programs out there!!!
