App unresponsive @ 10/20/2025
No way to notify anyone the app will not load.
Keep getting an error to try again later
Since a few days ago, it will not let me view my account balances, transaction details, etc. it just keeps giving me a red frowning face and saying to try again later. My phone is up to date, so is the app. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling, I have also tried logging in and out. Nothing has fixed it. My husband can see our accounts just fine on his phone.

Not working
The app has not been working for days. Spoke with the bank and they said to log out or delete and reinstall. Did that still not working.
Keeps crashing.
Slow, the app won’t open, and crashes often.

I’m unable to finish my app setup due to not being able to setup a password
Half the time deposits do not take with no explanation
I am getting really upset with mobile deposits the fail to take instantly with me info.
Just spins then fails
The app never loads. Just spins and says error.
Glitches In The App
I keep my card locked and almost everyday I have problems unlocking my card but never have a problem locking it. It’s disappointing because there’s times I’ve had a full cart of groceries and had to leave it due to not being able to simply unlock my card so I can purchase my items.

It’s not keeping my username, I have to type it in EVERY time, quite annoying.

All of my other banking apps and credit card apps allow for PIN login access. I don’t use facial recognition therefore using your app requires me to type in my password every time. With longer complex passwords it is a bit difficult. It could do 2 step authentication if needed. A PIN then send a code to my phone. Something other than the password entry.

Could improve
Too difficult to make loan payments and too long before the payment posts to account. Not very convenient.
Not easy to log in
App forgets username and password even when you check “remember me.” The robot checking feature also doesn’t work more than half the time. It was so much easier when it would let me in through face scan.
Could be better
I have been a NFCU member for 30 plus years, they just do it better.

A bill pay icon should be on homepage for quick access.
