Daily Assistant
I found out about Hero Assistant from my sister who uses it maintain structure in her life. We have both struggled with ADHD and Neurodivergence for all of our 40+ years. Apps like Hero Assistant and other AI tools are life changing for us.
Annoying live activities
Has these annoying live activities that pop up at a fixed time every day and cannot be disabled.

I say this is the best app for ADHD folks, however, the other great thing is that it’s free. And if you decide to start charging for premium, remember us folks LOL.
I’ve seriously tried so many apps to keep my brain in the game of life, and this one has it all and is already making a difference in my life. Having an ADHD mind will not be fixed 100% with this app, but it will make a huge difference!

Bugs/ behind a day
I keep getting stuck on a screen. This is a good app that has the potential to be great. Fix the bugs. My daily updates are a day before. I’ve closed the app. I’ve restarted my phone and the briefing is still a day behind.

Great App - Some bugs though
I love this app. I can keep up with schedules, habits, and to dos in one app. I like that it does a daily debriefing and the fact I’m able to change the layout and theme color. However, there’s a glitch where when I add the US Holiday calendar the holiday gets added to the correct date as well as the day before and I can’t delete it. I’m also experiencing a glitch where I’ve added things to the calendar for this week, but it disappears. I have my apple calendar connected so it’s logged there but not in the Hero app. And yes I’ve updated the app to the latest version.

Very noting which is good
Rather enjoy the fact that I can’t skip, and that it will turn the volume up and annoy me, it actually makes me do the things
