I like this app because it is user friendly. I love the daily briefings and the daily quotes. I just recently started having it give me a daily journal prompt which has been really useful so far.

This app helps me to remember to do things that I would never remember to do on my own, thanks to my ADHD.
Fantastic dynamic assistant!
I was a little hesitant at first because I was disappointed about other calendar, alarm and organization apps I have used. Not with Hero; it pushes me to stay on track, remind me about the things I have to do and help me to think and organize ideas about other things I have had in mind that I have forgotten to include them on the list to do.

I love the lock screen widget and the quote of the day. So far so good. Its a great tool for recording weight progress and calendar reminders for upcoming events/goals.
