Barcode doesnāt work.
At lunch i canāt use the barcode to buy lunch. it doesnāt register. consider making the full barcode seen and not hidden behind the book design.
Login Issues
As soon as you close the app, you have to delete and re-download the app because the login screen is blank. It has been an issue for a while and no attempt seems to have been made to fix it.
App has to redownloaded daily
This app simply does not work. I have to redownload it daily and even then it typically stops working some time during the day. Customer help services are a joke at best, simply stating they got your ticket and then doing nothing to fix issues. Please do not waste your teacherās time or schoolās finances on this app or company.

Broken App
A lot of educational software can be buggy, but Hero by Schoolmint takes the cake. When you first install the app, you can get into an infinite loop. Disabling touch/Face ID can help, but if you close the app, the login prompt wonāt appear.
Schoolmint has the worst customer service in history. They donāt listen for understanding, the blame their problems on the user (told me that it was because I didnāt put in my password accurately), and just escalate the issue to the developers who do nothing.

Will not open anymore
I cannot keep uninstalling and reinstalling this all to log in. It worked fine last year but now it wonāt open.
This app is trash
If I could give this app a below zero, I would. Face recognition does not work, and at this point, I have reinstalled it more times than I care to count to get it to work correctly. I keep having to stop teaching to record tardies, ID violations, etc., because the app does not work, so I have to use my laptop rather than my phone and the scanning feature that is supposed to be available. GARBAGE!

Login Dysfunctional
I have to delete the App and reinstall it to open it whenever I want to use it. This is quite inconvenient.

The app is fine once youāre in; it functions well enough and allows me to scan student barcodes for quick distribution of points.
Unfortunately Iāve been stuck unable to log in to the app for the past few weeks. When I load it up, the only thing that appears on screen is the blue wallpaper with no possible way to log in. The only remedy has been to uninstall/reinstall the app (and thatās becoming more trouble than itās worth)

garbage app for a cool program
we use hero at our site and itās been pretty cool, but the app is garbage. i continuously have to delete the app and reload it in order to use it. 0 stars if i could.

My password has been the same for years and suddenly it stopped working. I know Iām pitting in the correct username and password, but it keeps telling me my password is wrong.
