Hero

I love ❤️ it

App is better than service

The app is ok. Navigation and usability is good. Several minor features that could help reduce false notifications (low pill count notifications on short-term meds). Better reporting would be nice to have.

The service is Medicare fraud. Better off paying monthly than allowing a fraudulent remote healthcare company bill Medicare for false services.

Lifesaver for aging parents

This device has been so integral to our family. My aging parents were forgetting to take their medicine and I was stressing out about how to better manage things. This device was the answer. Now I can see when they take their meds and if they miss a dose, all on my phone! Game changer!

My Hero machine is an essential part of my life!

I have a variety of medical issues and have 11 different prescriptions I take daily. I also have poor dexterity and little feeling in my hands. Before getting my hero machine, I had to have someone sort my pills for me weekly mistakes were not uncommon. Not only has the Hero machine given me the help I need but it has also given me the accuracy I need. After having used my hero for three years, I would never give it up. I have also raved about my machine to multiple nurses and doctors who 90% of them had never heard of it and I majority wanted to know where they could get further information. If you’ve not tried it, I highly recommend it.

Customer service

Worst customer service I’ve ever seen they’re not 24 hours. They’re 24 hours only through A.I. I feel like I was deceived
