Game Bugs needs to be fixed

New players can’t recruit 3 of the heroes. Shop is broken and needs to be fixed. Seasonal events to happen and don’t happen

They stole my money

I did buy some upgrades packs but when i encountered problem with my transactions not being recorded and contacted customer support - NO RESPONSE. They took money and DID NOT provide me with items I bought! It border lines a SCAM!!!!
