I did buy some upgrades packs but when i encountered problem with my transactions not being recorded and contacted customer support - NO RESPONSE. They took money and DID NOT provide me with items I bought! It border lines a SCAM!!!!
Solid Hero Trainer.
I don’t personally favor the Halloween theme, but it does seem to have its own lore and identity. The Fallout Shelter hub design works well for this game, maybe from only having the Heroes populate it. There are good graphics and audio designs, and both resources and combat play well.
The important thing for me, is that, it just plays ‘Conventionally’, where I don’t have to worry about combat gameplay gimmicks like “Tower Defense”, or “Bejeweled Combat”, etc.; It more or less plays like a tried-and-true Hero Trainer.

Unbalanced Games and No Customer Support!!
Design of characters and gameplay is quite good but it has quite unbalanced PvE gameplay that prevents you from progressing without spending money. Toxic attacks and frequent harassment in PvP where all your progress is negated by higher level players. Once they find you they will continue to harass you and attack you relentlessly. If you have a problem in the game, you report it, but the people don’t fix the problem. In fact if anything they make the problem worse it’s almost like third person and you to happen to pay to play the game. I’m losing gems, catacomb, keys, and power and nobody’s doing anything about it.

Dead Game
The devs stopped doing anything and left us hanging. People have lost access to their accounts and can not get a resolution.
Fun game
I've been playing this game for a while now and it's been fun. The issue starts when you start reaching past 25 lvl masion. More when you reach 28 lvl because there's isn't many level 7 & 8 mines and it also lacks 30 lvl camps. There's too many players at those high levels competing for those few amount of mines & camps. Sure you can also pay your ways to the top but it's not fun that way. So, if they can just add more higher lvl camps & mines and expand the Heart of Tenebris land it would a greater game!

This company stopped any real development. They introduced new characters but you can’t access tokens to level them. You can’t even purchase them! This company is a robbery. Apple should ban this company from allowing this company to function on this platform. Apple should remove this application.

Let’s start with how these developers don’ do or know how to resolve any issues regarding this issue. For the past 2 years I invested in this so called game to build my characters but can’t sine I tried to get another platform. I get banned and place on hold for 4 weeks (1 month) without weekends. No communication, no emails ( even tho they ask for it) , no updates just so call apologies, no rewards leaving you all alone. I was a gm( guild master than intitate?, , I asked why they said only for security reasons your banned for this, and place with a new id . They kept stalling and never resolved this issue , as a paying customer no satisfaction, no explanation,no reimbursement of any kind so basically. DONT DOWNLOAD THIS GAME, put your money somewhere else, yours truly REAPER!

The most recent update around 3/27/25 really messed up chat. It’s almost impossible to communicate as so many letters and words are censored. Example, you can’t say the word “event.” Most of the game is ABOUT EVENTS! You can’t say the game makers business name. Here’s how this word looks in chat “re****orced.” You can’t even say “lol!” And word with a “pd” together like “update” is censored. So many stupid words and letters within words make chat almost impossible.
It’s going to drive players away. Chat is imperative to the game. Please fix this.

F2P not Friendly
Not very friendly at all for free to play players or enjoy the game. Just started the game and there is hardly any progression and hard wall blocks. Limited characters on rolls. You need 10 characters for FIRST unlock, then capped at lv20-40-60 ect by stars. Limited rolls and gems to aquire! Unlike other games that are Idle you can get tons of gems and resources just to play and able to get REWARDED. There is no reward but pay, pay and pay. The only cool aspect of the game are the Monster characters. The game needs to be reworked a lot of aspects of the game are outdated AND the UI is cluttered.

Scam pay to play
They’re pretty much dropped all updates. They left players stranded with no updates and no game movement for a long time. Apple should not have approved this game without a commitment from the developers in pay to play game genres.
Still waiting for my purchased items…
I read through the help section to find out how to report that I paid for and was charged for a purchase that never showed up because in the middle of professing the payment the game lost connection. Apparently, this happens often enough that this issue is one of the TOP suggestions of what you need to report under “Billing.”
I followed the steps. Provided all information WITH 4 screenshots, and several days later got an auto generated email saying I needed to upload screenshots of being charged. Ooookay….I’ll add them again. I replied with the same screenshots verifying the purchase…it’s been a week later after I sent the verification a second time, and it’s still crickets.
Other purchases have gone through fine. Connection loss can happen. So I wasn’t mad. But now I’m getting angry coming up on 2 weeks with my purchase still not being awarded to my account.
And they note not to report the same billing error more than once because that will delay processing. But something ‘bout to happen.
Otherwise, I love the game! There’s so many different things to keep you busy, and graphics are stellar!
