Terrible service
I booked a collection from Gatwick this evening. There were just too many problems …
1) the driver turned up over an hour late
2) the driver could not pay at the car park so I had to
3) the driver was driving at times over 90mph. The speed limit was 70mph
4) the driver was sneezing and coughing continually
5) the driver drank water from a bottle whilst driving at over 70mph
6) the driver was swerving continually within a lane. It was as if he was over tired and could not concentrate
7) when collecting me he parked on a disabled spot and told me it was easier for him - That’s a disgrace !
What can I say ? Just an awful experience.

App about as good as their service…
Clunky app, poor interface, and useless service from the cab company itself. App is getting deleted, and they will not have my custom again - avoid!!!
Doesn’t comply with two-step authentication
Despite the requirement for two-step authentication, this app doesn’t allow for it, unlike the pay web-link. This caused a lot of problems while I was abroad, and a dispute with the driver on our return. Please sort it, or I won’t be booking with you again

Needs improvement
Would be good if the app had driver & customer ratings, the app notification says download the app and a link that isn't clickable? Bookings are only stored locally rather than synced. I sent feedback 2 months ago but still no update. Once the app has a new & better UI/UX the reviews should change.
Why bother?
I am not sure why small companies commission a Mickey Mouse app just to have one. They do their business no favours and this is a prime example.
It’s just a dreadful, appalling interface that you can type neither pick up or distinction into. The search is unusable and finds nothing. In a word- pointless. How hard can it be to develop a simple can booking app?

Rubbish
Worst app - absolutely useless - reinstalled time after time and every time need to input data. Difficult to locate and set up favourite locations. Better to call - excellent call handling - whoever set up the app should provide refund.
Terrible app
Terrible app. Drivers and call handlers are great but they are let down by whoever put this app in service. You have to delete and reinstall at least twice a week.

Pretty useless
I downloaded this after booking a return trip to Heathrow Airport. There was no way for me to enter my existing bookings to get any extra information or necessary updates so I can't see the point of it
