SaverCard bug
Normally the app works but one day i logged out by accident then I tried to put my SaverCard and it said it wasn’t active when it has been working all this time now I can’t travel until I can fix it and it has ruined a lot of plans

The planner has no schedule info, the durations is gives are unrealistically longer than the website, you have to select manually the bus stop rather than searching.
Completely confusing
I have rarely seen such a confusing and useless app. Not helpful, will not use it
Horrible User Experience
Horrible app and user experience. For first time user provides 0 guidance and it’s very confusing on what you have to do to buy ticket and which tickets. The information architecture is confusing, some of the info leads you put of the app to their cumbersome website. Definitely they have to invest money on the design team, because this is a mess.

Never comes on time
Horrible service, overpriced, always comes late .Today 17 th of October I was on Hammond street(peakes lane stop) 15 min before for 3.13 bus.It came 3:40.Morning bus was the same that day.I am using this bus for school and ridiculously they arrive after school time.DON’T WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY for this silly service.
