The app won’t work. I have tried many times to make and account and all it does and say is loading

Is quite useless
Access only on one device
It's completely unpractical to have an access just from one device to the ticket you bought already. In case my phone will get lost or broken or just battery runs out I need to buy an another ticket even having an another compatible device and my login details
It usually works
Most of the time it was accurate but then slowly started to not be accurate when the bus arrived, delayed and now the bus I take (321) isn’t showing up anymore so the all is not longer in use but I use the accurate Intalink website. The bus drivers are terrible though most of the time! Yesterday it was very late and when it came it drives straight pass me and the driver looked at me did a wave and drove past. The next bus was late and full.

SaverCard bug
Normally the app works but one day i logged out by accident then I tried to put my SaverCard and it said it wasn’t active when it has been working all this time now I can’t travel until I can fix it and it has ruined a lot of plans
