I recently had this app and it was so useful for getting to work and knowing where is the bus,but then all of a sudden no busses would show up? it’s been like that for about 2 weeks maybe 3

It would be good to see where your busses if the app actually worked well. Busses are always teleporting and disappearing.

Enquiry Resolution - I had a problem with my ticket, completely my own fault, contacted myTrip as advised and my query was resolved by Harry quickly, efficiently and with great customer service.

Not working

Again another update & another ‘not working’. Was working fine then another release & stops working. In Norwich, click on app & no bus stops showing - just a map of where I am!
