Doesn’t work,Dissapointed
I recently had this app and it was so useful for getting to work and knowing where is the bus,but then all of a sudden no busses would show up? it’s been like that for about 2 weeks maybe 3

It would be good to see where your busses if the app actually worked well. Busses are always teleporting and disappearing.

Enquiry Resolution - I had a problem with my ticket, completely my own fault, contacted myTrip as advised and my query was resolved by Harry quickly, efficiently and with great customer service.
Not working
Again another update & another ‘not working’. Was working fine then another release & stops working. In Norwich, click on app & no bus stops showing - just a map of where I am!
Awful
This app used to let me see the bus journeys live, with the latest update I can even get into routes! The buses are irregular and this makes it far worse by the app not working, back to the old days where you don’t even know if the bus is going to arrive! Please fix, I have a child with additional needs which makes it hard waiting around at the bus stop not knowing if it’s coming or not!

The app used to work really well but now it no longer works in my area, no busses show up anymore but they show up in the county’s next to where I live

This app used to be great, Ive used it for a few years, but now it tracks nothing in my town - so disappointing

It has been 3 weeks since the app is no longer showing buses on the map at all, for multiple routes. Especially in Suffolk, like 15X. How can it not have an update to show the services running for almost a month? Many people rely on this to plan ahead for their journeys, which is really difficult to do now.

this app used to be quite good and usually reliable besides the occasional lag with the tracker. However recently a lot of the buses don’t even show up and the icons for bus stops aren’t there either, so the map is essentially useless. Not really sure what’s going on but it’s very irritating as a student.

This app used to work wonders, but now it’s useless for me and many others, let me explain.
So I have to get a bus every week day and this tracker would help me see where it was so I could find out when to go.
But almost a year of using it on a random Monday it didn’t show up on the tracker but I took no notice because every now and then my bus would not show up on the app, this issue would be resolved after about 3 days, however this has now gone on for over a week and I recently found out that it may be from the companies contract running out.
I think that it is a scummy thing to do because lots of people are in the same position as me and it causes issues. So please resolve this issue, thank you.

App is now useless
App used to work really well, however every time I click on track vehicles it crashes the app. I have deleted and re installed but same problem continues , family members have said that no buses show on their app anymore so can no longer use .
Not working
This app doesn’t work in Burgess Hill most of the time. Please improve your app. It will be a big help for passengers especially for old people if it works properly. They don’t need to stand for a very long period waiting for the bus especially when it’s raining.

We have been failing to buy tickets for going around thetford because ( Coach services ) is not there as an option

Used to use it for tracking buses (D&G) in Macclesfield to Manchester airport(130) and the wilmslow to Handforth Dean (312).
