Unusable

What is the point of this app if you can’t actually use it?? I try and book 1 day in advance, using the locations they have on their map but it tells me “no availability, use this alternate route instead” and it’s literally the public transport buses… there’s a reason I can’t use them🥴

Useless

Seldom any availability even when you are ultra flexible in plans - advised to book ahead (which isn’t always possible I don’t know my car is going to break down 2 weeks from now!) and have done that for tomorrow to have my car serviced and….they’ve just cancelled my rides, no sign of a refund being issued either. If I could rate this lower than one star I would. They seem to get great feedback from the towns which are already well served by busses but in the villages we are overlooked which is ridiculous as you’d expect this to be a service which would prioritise villages - just as an indication the journey planner for busses advises I walk for an hour to the nearest town and then make a four bus journey taking 14 hours so there is no alternative for me - utterly useless!

There’s nothing available!

I’ve paid for credits in advance maybe 4 months ago. Havent had a chance to use it… every search I do THERE’S NOTHING AVAILABLE! completely useless

Worst update ever!!!

Still can’t book properly , Herts lynx in general always priorities school runs which is hysterical as they were meant to provide transport for the villages. We do now have a petition to the council about this as they are shocking . Aldi messages all the MPS

Unusable

I can’t book anything, it’s laggy and crashes, and whenever I manage to put stops in - it says it’s unavailable? This would be a great service if I could actually use it!
