Avoid using
You can book hours in advance for a cab to get you to the train station. Then you’ll access the app and it’ll tell you the taxi is 10mins away and you’ve missed your train. Unreliable. Avoid.
It works but…
… the app could be better it does glitch out on my iPhone from time to time and could do with Apple Pay or Google pay to make it slicker and quicker to use. An email receipt function also would be welcome for me as I expense a lot of trips. Also a Face ID login rather than email / password would help as often I need to book in a hurry when I have poor signal on the train.

Blacklisted before I started!
I tried to load this App but it wanted text verification and the text never came through. So I tried changing the phone no from 07… to +447… in case that sorted the issue. My account and device were promptly blacklisted.
