Great Collection of branding and products but poor experience in using both website and apps.
It is a great shop with fabulous high fashion taste in branding and products, even some where the ones that is very exclusive or from run way! However I have to say that the experience of using the website and software is really poor. The website often bounces back to the top of the page, the app requires a new login every time you use it, and likewise other various bugs that really reduce the willingness for buying those exclusive clothings…if the technician could see the comments and really pay more attention on fixing the bugs, I believe it will be a 10/10 shop:)))

Great start but needs a lot of UI improvements.
1) logging in - login required with fuze but when using HERVIA itself it requires yet ANOTHER HERVIA account login? Which is which?
2) shopping experience - no back button. Once you view a certain item from a brand, you can’t go “back” and have to search again from the designer or the list.
3) Wishlist - no access to wishlist from the page unless I’m mistaken. Clicking the account button on the far right tab brings you to the fuze account and NOT the HERVIA account and you can’t edit your address or look at wishlist
