Herz: Hakediş answers one question, fast: how much work is done? There are two ways in. You can read an existing progress payment, or create a new one from scratch. Both paths land in the same archive and open in the same verified view. READ Open your interim progress-payment file — Excel or PDF — and the app reads its line items and shows the work completed to date, by category, line item (poz) and pipe diameter. This-period, cumulative and previous quantities in m, m², m³ and units. Where a contract quantity exists, you also see the percentage complete. CREATE Enter the header and the line items yourself, and the app computes the payment. The advance, retention, withholding, VAT and tax-withholding deductions and the amount payable to the contractor are worked out step by step. The computed report is added to your archive and can be exported as a clean Excel file. WHAT IT SHOWS • Overall progress — how far the whole project has come to date. • By category — sewerage, stormwater, potable water and other works. • By diameter — from Ø300 to Ø1200, the total laid for each size. • Line-item detail — Total Completed (the running cumulative) and This Payment (done this period), kept separate. VERIFIED NUMBERS Whether read or created, every report carries a verification badge after an arithmetic cross-check: “Verified” or “Review”. A wrong figure is never shown silently — if something doesn't reconcile, you'll see it. CALM AND CLEAR Numbers stay front and center.
