Deceptive advertising

I saw an advertisement for this company claiming that you can make up to $60/hr. Even when reading about the process before downloading the app, they make it seem like you can get at least $20-30/hr. My trial order almost took me an hour and the pay was only $10. You have to locate the brands (which isn’t always easy, especially when the aisle #s are hard to find because they aren’t at the end), record walking at a certain pace (takes about 1 minute) and you have about 20+ aisles to do. The videos do not load on WiFi in the store so I had to go home and load the videos on my WiFi which still took at least an hour to load all of the videos. I can’t imagine waiting in the store for them to load and also if they don’t accept a video, are we expected to go BACK to the store for less than $10/hr??

After I passed the trial run and more openings were available, they were less than $11 offerings. Some at ~$5. That’s not valuing our time at all. I’ll give it a few more tries but if the offers don’t increase in pay, it’s not really worth anyone’s time.

Sprouts is the worst store because they say “11 categories but it’s about 40 brands. You also have no idea where the majority of the brands are supposed to be located so it takes a really long time to try to find everything.

Horrible

Wasted a lot of time on the trial
Did all the videos and they wouldn’t upload. Not just that, I used my precious time and gas to struggle finding items my store keeps in the storage room then an infinite uploading bar. Thanks for nothing. 1 star, would not recommend.

Love it Hate it, it’s great

I understand some of the reviews are full of hate about payment but honestly they take their time checking and doing stuff also for the benefit of the customers to keep growing as a company and hopefully us more revenue for each. I started with $5 and now I’m at $17.50 each, you gotta take your time and learn to talk with them intrinsically. Hope they fix all the bugs they probably are aware they have about uploding vids but it takes patience and that’s why you try to take multiple in the same place so you have some back up. Also I use an iPad when my phone starts to lag because my iPad has more space. If anyone wanna talk about this im arcanbaby on ig.

Horrible scammers

They scam you never pay

Waste of time

This app is a scam. I went to target and spent an hour in there trying to get the videos they wanted. First of all, $10 is not enough for how many videos they require you to take. Second, they denied a lot of my videos and one of them wouldn’t even upload because the aisle was so long that the video was too long I guess. I didn’t know this until I already left the store because it takes so long for the videos to upload. Third, it doesn’t let you use the zoom out feature on the camera so it’s impossible to capture the entire aisle in the shot! I thought going across the top half and then back across the bottom half after would work but I guess not. Huge waste of time and it’s super awkward to take videos the way they want you to.
