lost all my coins and status.

I was going to rate this the best game I have played and I have played MANY games but yesterday I lost all my totals in every way. I was playing the game at noon and in the afternoon I went on and was at level 1. I believe I was at least at level 146 and had over 3,000 coins or whatever you call those little things that you accumulate. I sent an email to support but got no response. Has this ever happened to anyone else? What can be done about it? It really disheartened me because I really thought this was the VERY BEST Hexa game ever. Please reply to me.
