You are ai and it makes it look perfect but it isn’t when you make it, it gets your hope up when your about to do it and at the end it’s not good.

Just way to much work for some clay. QR code didn’t work and asks you to pay just to make a cow. Pass

The best toy with the best app
I love HEY CLAY because I like making sculptures so this really helps for my career. The app is so clear and easy to work with. I am seven years old and can follow everything.

Your app is horrible. It only goes one way your phone, nothing is autofilled or saved, scanning the code is not valid.

QR code won’t scan no way to enter the number once you login now I have to pay for instructions for a crying child. Nothing but a money grab bs product
Bad for kids AI narration
The instructions are narrated in an incredibly unnatural, robotic, choppy voice that sounds AI-generated. This is not a good idea for young children to listen to while developing speech skills. It's lazy and inauthentic as well. It's a shame because otherwise the instructions appear developed with care, it's useful to rotate a 3D model of the character and watch an animation of hands step-by-step. Not convinced this is better than paper instructions or video tutorials, though, since it's a pain you need to make an account, read legal agreements, scan a code, & not lose your login. Plus it wants to sell me a subscription & send me marketing notifications.

The app is an absolute nightmare.
We bought two sets for our kid, but the app is completely useless. You can’t even activate an account, let alone navigate it properly. It’s super glitchy, totally broken, and utterly frustrating. The physical set might be fine, but the app ruins the entire experience.

Waste of time and money
Got a box as a gift. The instructions are not clear. Cant figure out where in the app to enter the code so we can get instructions on how to build the characters. And these subscription prices are outrageous. Who would pay for that? Don’t waste your money.

App is hard to use
Really hard to use the app. Was given the clay as a present and couldn’t figure out how to get the instructions off the app. The kids have just played and made it themselves. Please put paper instructions in or make it more accessible on YouTube.
