App doesn’t work
Orders don’t register at all. Going to the place across the street because of the broken app.
Checkout doesn’t work
My wife and I go to roost once a week or more as our weekend breakfast treat. We always call instead of using the app because the app’s checkout button disappears and we are never able to actually place an order in the app. Happens on both our iPhones, different models.
Payment functions not working
I’ve created an account, but the app won’t let me put my card, or any other card, on the account. It keeps saying it failed to verify and I’ve used my card just fine before and after making this account.
What Greenwich is missing
Place provides the food that Greenwich is missing. Only place I enjoy lunch from. 👍🏼

Payments are broken
Ordering through the app is fine, but basic payment functionality doesn't work. Apple Pay doesn't go through and neither do saved credit cards. Only option is to re-enter the cc number for every order.
Locations input not working properly
Seems like a nice app but location selection not working. Used to show the Cos Cob store but now it only shows the Darien and Riverside locations. When I tap on the search window to the app quits. Must be a software glitch.
