Too bad I can’t rate this app -100 stars
Don't fall for it. This app pays out small change at first to hook you, but the second you reach higher payouts, they pull out every dirty trick to keep your money.
I hit Level 120 on Tetris Block Party and am owed $65. Suddenly, they’re demanding "video proof" that's impossible to submit. Send a raw video? "File too large." Compress it? "File too small." Send an external link like they suggested? Ignored.
You won’t get a human—just an endless loop of useless, automated copy-paste customer service bot responses designed to wear you down until you give up.
They’ll let you cash out $10 or $20 early on, but once you put in real time and effort for bigger goals, they steal your time and keep the cash. Save yourself the headache and distress. Absolute garbage app.
I know you’re thinking that $65 is not a lot. But when you spend the time the effort and the dedication on a game that satisfies your free time and you put thought into it, it’s extremely disappointing.
I’m not one to put a review good or bad about any business anyone or anything. But if I can save you from the hassle that I’ve been going through for the last five days, then I’m more than willing to post this right here and to be fair, I told them this would happen if they wouldn’t help me.

The app itself is smooth and pretty easy to make money, but I have redeemed 3 Cash App rewards and never got any of them 🤷🏻♀️, so I will be uninstalling.

The rewards have higher payouts, they’re instantly credited with the exception of some game rewards, and you can cash out starting at $1. I use a revolut account for payouts and can cash out with no fee. You can then add that balance to PayPal off of the Revolut debit card if you want, Again no fee. I’ve never had an issue with HeyCash not paying or not crediting rewards like I have with so many of these apps

You will earn money, but not perfect app
I been earning money from the games but sometimes the app does not recognize when an achievement is reached. Customer support keeps repeating the game app needs to verify the completion within 7 days. Feels discouraging that these missed achievements will not be properly redeemed.

Problem
The app is good and I’m sure it gives you money (I didn’t finish because of this problem) my only problem is that it screens you out of the survey for no reason A LOT after you finish it. And you don’t get the balance if you get screened out.

I completed the task and it never paid me I contacted support to which they told me to wait 72 hours I provided proof that 72 hours had already passed and they did nothing they closed the ticket and ignored every message I sent. Don’t waste your time or money with this scam
Good and Bad
The earning money on surveys is a good thing. Surveys is all that works sadly. I have downloaded 6 new apps for this app and have not gotten paid for any of them because it did not track any of them. 6 games. Very disappointed. I have contacted support and tried resolving my issue with at least one game and no success. Even with screenshots for verification and such. Sad.

HeyCash is a scam
I have been playing Tetris for about 35 days and have not received one dollar. My earning jar is empty and my streak says 1 day although I have been playin for more than a month! Waste of time

was earning from the surveys and barely got screened out, now i’m constantly getting screened out and the surveys are getting harder as i level up. please fix that if you want people to continue using your app.

TOOK ME DAYS TO GET TO THE MINIMUM £5.25 THRESHOLD AND AS SOON AS I TRIED TO WITHDRAW THEY DID THEIR REVIEW AND BANNED ME. STAY AWAY AND DONT WASTE YOUR TIME
