Worst Delivery Service ever

They have the worst delivery service I’ve ever met. No answers from Call Supports or even Whatsapp support

Hotline not responsive

Tried calling and messaging the admin but no response. All merchants on the app appears to be closed, but in fact they were open. Probably glitch or bug. Tried complaining but no respond.
