Can’t even get past the start up screen
I’ve made sure the app it updated. I’ve deleted and redownloaded the app. I’ve restarted my phone. I’ve made sure my phone software is up to date, but every time I’ve opened up the app, it stays stuck on the logo screen. Won’t go past that ever. Truly disappointed cause I’ve purchased from here in the past and was excited to see what new things were available. I’m not a fan of using web pages, so really wanted the app to work. Disappointing….

Yea literally crashes every time I try to view an item ? Beautiful products, equally terrible app. Y’all should probably fix it like yesterday or why even have an app

Everytime I view an item, it will closed the app. I will try again and it will crash again xx frustrating.. fix the app…
Bad app
Crashes so often I can’t even order anything! Cute products though
App times out when I add item to cart
I have not ordered anything because of the app. It times out immediately and disappears when I add an item to the cart. I have turned off my phone and yes, I have a newer phone 11 ProMax. Very disappointing!
