Connected Tecsun PL-365 to a 7m copper core wire horizontally and a crocodile clip to the Ariel, tuned into 2610 kHz Northwood and within a few minutes had a surface pressure chart…. Amazing app.

High expectations....
I had high expectations. The reality is that it is a great idea, but does not really work in real life. Aside from other noises, after everything is quite it still bring a very poor quality, non synchronized fax view that is useless.
I wish it would work as I wanted it as a backup for my HF SSB computer weather fax program.
I gave it two stars with hope that sometime in the future it will be tunes and synced better

Does what it says.
This decodes HF FAX signals, hence the name. It will not do satellite images, nor does it claim to.
Works great
Just remember the schedules are in UTC time, during summer that isn’t the same as nearby London time. Had me scratching my head but not any fault of this great app.

Just like other modes of downloading HF weather fax, reception is everything. This app is so uncomplicated! I had better luck using a pair of earphones lying near my iPad mic.
Fun app
This app is great for decoding NOAA faxes from coastal CG stations but also creates artistic images when attempting to decode from NOAA satellite transmissions

I use a web sdr on my iPhone, then put my pad next to it , image received is clear and good , some fine tuning on signal is required, very good...

I have a good HF receiver and need a weather fax for a trip where no there's no decent cellular coverage in a remote are of New Zealand. Found the app easily recorded a good picture without having to adjust volumes or position of the microphone or speaker. Even better picture later using apply earphone mic hung over speaker. Great app. Thanks.

Worked perfectly.
I set the iPad in front of the receiver speaker and it immediately and correctly decoded the wefax images.
Needs Apple Watch app
Please add support for Apple Watch.
No Copy
Decoded on FLDigi using my Icom 7200 with a W5GI while simultaneously trying to decode withe the Black Cat Systems app. No decode while FLDigi had perfect copy. Don't waste your money.

Won't download and display new schedule
Forget about basic function. Can't get it to download new schedule and it says it did. I know by the date, it didn't. It's showing an old one.
