AirNow provides critical air quality information
After not working for a while last year, this app is updating again and providing critical information. I check it multiple times a day because I have asthma. It’s the only app I’ve found that provides actual measurements of ozone and PM10, rather than relying on modeled estimates, which can be less accurate than direct measurements.

Missing arrow
The last update removed the arrow on the meter.
Want a widget and better pollutant breakdown
I would love a widget like what IQAir has, where you can see current and forecasted air quality at a glance. Also, I’d like to see a ppm breakdown for individual pollutants in addition to the bundled AQI.
Barely updates in real time anymore
Not worth checking, the information is not as real time and loading issues have been really persistent the past few months in particular. Don’t recommend for real time updates
