STOP ASKING FOR LOCATION

If an app asks for location and the user says NO then the app should honor being told no! Obnoxiously it pops up every few seconds!

App was perfect with location and temperatures. I loved the gauge to tell you if you were in danger or needed to take precaution. The past week it has not loaded or updated. Please fix.
