Noise filtering is the part we sweat over, so it's good to hear that's landing. Adding your wife matters because most of family life sits across 2 people, not 1. If Anna gets something wrong, tell us. We read every one of these.

Being in the same message thread you already use for everyone else in your life was the whole idea. Nothing new to learn, no commands, you just say what's on your mind while you're already moving. And having it feel like a real person on the other end is the bar we set ourselves, so reading that really makes our day!

You're right and we're working hard to improve on both counts. We've made a bunch if improvements on speed in just the last few days, with more to come. Adding your partner is buried deeper in the app than it should be, which is on us. We'll ship an update shortly that makes it a heap easier. Grateful you're using her daily while we sort it.

3 kids in 3 different directions, plus the parties that appear out of nowhere. That's the pile we built Anna to pick up, so the details reach you instead of living in your head. Thank you for writing this, it means a lot coming from a parent who's actually in the middle of it.

Thanks for trying Anna! We really appreciate the honest feedback. Connecting your email and calendar is how Anna does the work for you, but we can definitely do a better job explaining why up front and ask for less before you see the value. We're going to make some changes and do better for you! We hope that once we've done a better job of getting you past the few screens, you'll be able to get a better idea of how Anna can be valuable. Thanks for the feedback... We're so sad to hear you didn't have a great experience... We've come a super long way since this very early version. Hopefully we've been able to early out of your wonkiness badge! The app experience is much improved, account deletion is much smoother and you'll never be signed up for anything without asking.
