Totally enamored with the potential!

Absolutely loving my experience this far. Pleased to see continued improvement from the developers, but would love further opportunities to edit claimed trees, in particular, the ability to fine-tune location AFTER the initial process. Love the concept, and enthusiastic about the opportunity to build a community of users. Great idea! Keep working on improvements.

Fantastic app

Great idea. Meh execution

Love this idea. We have a 150 ish year old elm next door. The app called it a basswood tree. Edit ability is not available or very hidden. Also not able to edit my description. I also have a historical photo of the tree from over 100 years ago. Not clear where to add that.

Nice, but needs help

I also agree with the inaccuracy of the apps ability to correctly ID trees. I like that I’m allowed to change it to the correct info but, it still keeps the naturalist’s notes in sync with the original incorrect identification of the tree.

Bruce the spruce

I planted Bruce the spruce during Covid. I planted it and then decorated it so that people going by would get some joy during Christmas time during such a rough time in the world with Covid

3,000,000,000,000 Reasons why

There are 3 trillion trees EXACTLY on earth. They all want to be loved and talked to Hi, Tree is the most elegant and rewarding app. It is so new and as you share it with others it will grow. There are about 400 trees per person. How many have you greeted. Get busy!

great idea but has some flaws

the app AI "identifies" your tree, but the AI is often incorrect and it does NOT allow you to edit the species. please add an option to edit the species on your own.

Response from developer

Hi! Thank you so much for your review and for the feedback. We've added the ability to edit tree species as well as suggest a change for others in case you notice a wrongly identified tree that someone else has named. We've also added a lot of new features that should help you get a deeper understanding of each tree and their place in the world. Thank you!

My favorite nature app

I have hundreds of apps I evaluate and share with thousands of hikers. This is my favorite. It documents. It is fresh. You can talk to the three. KISS Keep It Simple Stupid rules! I am at the top of the leaderboard with 21 on 5/17/26. I am sure someone will blow by it soon when the app gets traction.
