قد تم اثبات فشلكم
سيتم رفع دعوى قضائيه دوليه بحق شركتكم لعدم تحديث التطبيق الذي جعلني افقد ميزه ربطه بلواي فاي والتحكم بلمنزل من اي مكان وفشلكم الحقيقي بتنزيل صيغ جديده وتطبيقات جديده ورموز جديده لاتعمل كل فئات اجهزتكم عليها لا انصح بشراء تكييف هايسنز نهائيا لان كل ٣ سنوات سيتم تغيير التطبيق ولن تعمل اجهزتكم لا على التطبيق الجديد ولا القديم

Poor app, needs improvement
1. Not frequently updated, last update 3 years ago
2. It take very long to respond
3. Many times it freezes and log the user out
4. Doesn’t offer any integrations with any of the other systems like Google home or Alexa
* Appliances are good, but cannot be considered connected devices with this app, which unfortunately make any other device standout
If this was fixed, it will be a lot better
If this app remains as it is, unfortunately my next buy wouldn’t be highsense

Not working
The app stopped working and when I go to support it’s in Chinese.

This app does not compatible on alexa App, google assistant, and IFTTT
