There is a bug when programming a schedule so it does work. In the appli there is a place to create a ticket but there is no answer, only the first prompt from AI… don’t know what i will do now :(
It works sometimes
It doesn’t work consistently, non responsive and you need to push the buttons twice for it to work, sometimes it doesn’t work at all and also looses the login information too often having to add the a/c at least twice a month
Cannot login
I cannot login or get a confirmation code send to my email. I cannot contact user support.
