Works perfectly
I love the Ewpe Smart app. Means I can turn on our air con units from anywhere in the house, and even on our way home so we’re greeted with a nice cool house. Perfect!

Won’t stay connected to WiFi
Very disappointed it won’t stay connected to WiFi
No assistance or way to get help
I am trying to register in the app and the region United States will not fill in the line therefore, I can’t even register for a logon and can’t get into the app for help. What’s more is there no contact phone number in the paperwork.
Works good except…
The app works ok. However, the Alexa interface doesn’t as advertised. Needs to work out the bugs. Kind of a bummer as I expected to use that feature for my connected RV.
Useful but no current temp reading
My only complaint about this app so far is that it lacks the one feature that would make the WiFi most useful: current temperature.
You can easily set the desired temp, control the vents, fan speed, timer, etc., but it does not tell you what the actual temperature is in the room.

This app is a big disappointment part of a $15k heating and cooling upgrade and I still have to use the wall panel to change modes and fan speed . Support is none existent
Nach Update immer neu anmelden
Funktioniert eigentlich ganz gut, nur nach jedem Update muss ich mich neu anmelden. Etwas umständlich.
