About

You've woken up in strange places after a night out. Never a field that fought back. No streetlights. No chip van. Just wet grass, a splitting headache, and a wall of shimmering fog where the rest of the world ought to be. You reach out to shove the mist aside — and it tears. That's Epoch: the time-magic that dragged you a thousand years out of your own life, and the only thing that will get you home. Spend it. Peel back the fog. Find out what medieval Ireland has been hiding. UNCOVER A WHOLE ISLAND, ONE TILE AT A TIME Every tile of Ireland starts hidden. Spend Epoch to tear the fog away and find forests, bogs, mountains, standing stones, buried caches, and 143 real Irish places — each with its true history and the stranger story the locals tell about it. BUILD AN ECONOMY THAT ACTUALLY WORKS Not a decorative village. A real production chain: fell timber, quarry stone, cut turf, smelt iron, tan leather, forge tools. Connect it with roads. Feed your settlements or watch them stop growing. Every building needs an input, makes an output, and has a reason to sit exactly where you put it. IDLE WHILE YOU'RE AWAY, DEEP WHEN YOU'RE HERE The land keeps working without you, so you come back with fuel to spend. But nothing here goes up on its own — the real game is deciding where to build, what to upgrade, and which of your three Epoch powers to grow next. MEET THE ONES WHO NEVER LEFT Cú Chulainn. The Morrígan. Fionn mac Cumhaill. Queen Medb. Grace O'Malley. Twelve figures out of Irish myth, 72 hand-written encounters, and choices that actually lead somewhere. FIFTY QUESTS, YOUR PACE No forced order and no timers pushing you along. Follow the thread toward Athlone and whatever is waiting for you there. Fill a Codex of over 300 entries and 106 achievements on the way. FAIR BY DESIGN • No forced ads, ever — every ad is opt-in for a bonus • No paywalled content and no energy timers • No pay-to-win — Runes are found in the world and never gate anything you need • The whole game is free to finish Built solo by Sweet Town Studios — one person, two loves: Ireland and games. Hibernia is an evolving game rather than a finished museum piece, and more is on the way, shaped by what players actually find out there.

What's New in Hibernia

1.0.3

Quest goals have been re-balanced from the first weeks of live play, and Gold asks rise from quest seven onward - the opening quests cost what they always did. Workers are a real constraint now: every building needs staff, and you cannot place one you cannot staff. Sound and Music are independent switches at last, and your privacy choices survive a reinstall. Encounters with the legends of Ireland play fairer: the answers now come in a different order each time, so you have to read what you are agreeing to, and Fynn has much more to say for himself. Ads now come from Google AdMob and remain entirely optional. Players in the EEA, UK and Switzerland see a consent form once, reopenable any time from Settings.
