Cant connect to scooter compared to the other Hiboy apps this one doesn’t perform
The app needs improvement
The app is decent, but the one thing I don’t like is how unresponsive it can be. The first problem is the bluetooth pairing. The app requires bluetooth connection to your phone to connect. There is currently no feature to activate the bluetooth pairing, you have the wait for the app to automatically connect or restart the app a couple of times. Next the layout of the app is kind of wierd if the option like advanced/beginner controls were explained better in detail it would be nicer. Sometimes the other buttons like lock and cruise control turn on and off without the toggle moving and you don’t see if it’s been turned on even if it has. I almost crashed a car because I had turned cruise control on but the app didn’t show it and when I tried to break it was nearly impossible.

How do you connect to the scooter via bouetooth
I'm surprised to see this app mentioned in the instruction booklet and then not have a way to make the scooter discoverable so you can connect to it. Does anyone know how to connect to your Hiboy Max 3 scooter using blue tooth?
Useless app
Doesn’t work . My hiboy max is on and the app says it’s not connected to Bluetooth and BT is on in the app.
And I would never use a digital lock vs a krypto when thief can D/L app to unlock .

It is a good app
It is literally a normal app for it it can go easy medium or hard simple
It should have more features!
It would be great if it had a map, travel distance feature, able to record how far you have traveled, see your history, able to lock the scooter with a code, or make a sound if someone is trying to ride without the code. And how come it just automatically connects to bluetooth? I didn’t even have to pair it with my phone. I just installed, opened the app and it worked. It seems anyone can just have the app and take control of the scooter.

This is a really good scooter and would recommend this scooter to pretty much any one! The only downfall is this app, unfortunately!
The good thing is that you can see the exact percentage of the scooter in the app and you don’t have to figure it out using the scooter. If you relied on the scooter you would think you have a full battery but really only have 76% or thought you had 50% but only has 26%.
The bad is that you have to download the app to make changes to the setting of the scooter. It would have been great to have. The option of putting the scooter on cruise control with our setting it in the app.
The Ugly is that locking you scooter can be potentially useless! All the thief have to do is download the app, connect to your scooter and unlock it. There are no lock codes that would prevent a thief from connection to tour scooter. I really hope that you guys fix this really soon.

How is the world does this thing connect to Bluetooth? I’ve tried EVERYTHING and NOTHING happens. How do you promote an app that doesn’t even work?

This is bad
This is a useless app. You can’t even see the buttons, there cut off. Also anyone with this app can connect to your scooter. There is no security at all.If I could give it no stars I would.
Can do better
Lock and unlock functionally is useful but it does not looked secured, basically someone with the app can Unlock it as is not a permanent Bluetooth pairing. (Why not a four digits codes that the scooter sends to the app?) - Bluetooth with your phone and scooter looks pretty unstable.
Useless at the end cause you clearly do not want let the “beast” outside without surveillance.
The app should include more features like GPS Map (I.e WAZE) that can screens the scooter status and speed as well.
Having speed meters already as feature on the HIBOY Max makes your app useless.

This app is useless no map no ride documentation and everything on app can be done on unit directly
