I didn’t use my ev10k pro scooter for a long time and now the app doesnt work?

Please fix this
When recording ride, the wattage indicator is completely inaccurate. It is showing way more power than the scooter could ever output to the motor. I’ve tried it in another app and it actually shows me the accurate reading so I don’t know why this one spikes the reading so high. It doesn’t even show you the amperage or other important things about the battery and system and some of the information too about its virtual ID does not get displayed in the app. It’s just blank.

The app doesn’t work even after I followed all the instructions and put my device in pairing overall it was a bad experience
