I didn’t use my ev10k pro scooter for a long time and now the app doesnt work?

Please fix this
When recording ride, the wattage indicator is completely inaccurate. It is showing way more power than the scooter could ever output to the motor. I’ve tried it in another app and it actually shows me the accurate reading so I don’t know why this one spikes the reading so high. It doesn’t even show you the amperage or other important things about the battery and system and some of the information too about its virtual ID does not get displayed in the app. It’s just blank.

App not Working
The app doesn’t work even after I followed all the instructions and put my device in pairing overall it was a bad experience

App randomly record location
After going on a trip when I get back to my house to use my scooter I launched the app to check the percentage, but I noticed a new ride recorded it recorded places I’ve been on my trip and I haven’t even opened the app and I don’t even have the scooter with me
You can not lock the H9
It say on the website that you can lock the H9 through the app and there is a lock icon on the screen yet there is no way to access this feature
Cant connect
So I connected my Ev10Z scooter for a long time ago, after I didn't use the app for months. And then when I used it again, it logged me out of my account and then after signing back in my scooter was disconnected from the app. I tried connecting it again, but it just doesn't work anymore, and by the way I did all the instructions

Die App ist leider Schrott!
Ich bin sehr enttäuscht, ich kann zwar eine Wegfahrsperre einrichten, nach dem Ausschalten des Rollers wird Sie leider zurückgesetzt. Zudem verliert die App permanent die Verbindung zu meinem iPhone mit aktuellstem iOS und allen Updates..! Seit über einem Jahr wurden keine Updates mehr veröffentlicht. Und überhaupt wurden seit Veröffentlichung dieser App erst 3 Updates durchgeführt. Ich bin wirklich sehr enttäuscht, bitte ändert das!

The app was great
The app connected after a couple minutes it’s is a little confusing though my only real issue with the app is that it loses connection when the scooter is around 10 feet away

It works
I had installed the device and connecting it to my EV10K pro scooter. If it asks for bluetooth, enable it. If also asks for your location, then enable it. If you can’t connect your scooter to the app then check that you have both of them on in settings. Mine works fine.
Stuck In park
I put my scooter in park and now it is frozen there and cannot connect to my phone to take it off, I tried everything including holding the brake and power button for 10 seconds but nothing it’s working
AMAZING!!
I got the electric scooter and the app helps a lot and I found a section where you could make the scooter go 3mph faster I know it’s not a lot but it’s a little step up I reccomend you buy the scooter and download this app
