Very bad service

Hi, we're very sorry to hear that you weren't satisfied with our service. As you may know, we are a marketplace and we deal with different sellers that deal with different delivery companies. Therefore, if you order different items from different merchants, your order will be delivered separately with separate delivery companies. As for the wrong item, we apologize for not being able to reply on Saturday since our customer service team only operates from Monday to Friday 8:30 AM to 4 PM. We are available on our Social Media platforms for important requests during the weekend. Worst experience ever
After 20 days they deliver to me the wrong order...
Not to mention that i called and send them msg many times and they are always late to reply and even they don't manage to find a way to solve the problem
