all my pictures are GONE!
i’ve emailed hip over 3 times. my pictures was randomly deleted a few months ago! didn’t delete the app or anything.. the pictures i had on there was a loved one that passed away, i really wish i could get these photos back but hip has not emailed me back!

You need to have a spot we’re you can hide apps and not see it on your Lock Screen or Home Screen
Privacy policy seems contradictory
The privacy policy says that they don't collect private information, but it also says that private information is sent to India.

This app locked me out and ask me to buy a code to reset the PIN, i spent $5 dollars and at the storage was empty.

Great app but plagued with bugs on the video player
It’s a great vault app but some time ago they did updates that completely messed up the media player within the app and it’s been this way for about a year. The cursor bar at bottom isn’t visible, if you turn your phone sideways it will stop playback and go back to the first video you opened in the folder. Please fix this!

Loses photos even when sent to cloud
The first time this app lost my pictures. I’ve learned my lesson, and I made sure that it was saved in my iCloud. Now it has lost all my pictures again. And I see that they expected to pay to save it in their iCloud although when I saved it the last time it was clearly set up for saving and now I am furious because this time those photos are lost for good! I wouldn’t get this app if I were you people

Making customers pay to change code is awful. I will be switching to another app. Also it’s not easy loading photos It does not give you the option to automatically erase photos from other apps once moved.
I lost all my stuff
I updated the app 3 days ago and lost my pictures and videos. I tried to back it up nothing. I need help retrieving them.
Need the ability to add directly from my files
Please add the ability to directly add media from my files rather than just the gallery/photos app.

I had all my long this pictures saved in this app and now it’s all gone, they just disappeared
