The late update completely removee all of my bottles and settings. Plus the sync is way too slow!

I will admit to bringing my Hidrate bottle with me everywhere I go - I use a climber’s carabiner for ease of carry & clipping it to my briefcase & luggage 🤣
Without the glowing reminders on the bottle’s base & my iPhone, I do not make the effort to stay hydrated - just indispensable to me

My bottle doesn’t glow anymore and it’s not as encouraging. I see a fee to use now.

Love this water bottle
This is an amazing piece of work. This water bottle keeps me on track in maintaining my health. I don’t like water at all so I skip an forget on purpose but you can’t skip with the bright light on this water bottle as my reminder.

Fatalne polskie tłumaczenie — wiele komunikatów brzmi nienaturalnie, jest niezrozumiałych albo wygląda jak surowe tłumaczenie maszynowe bez żadnej korekty. Do tego wiele funkcji po prostu nie działa, a aplikacja jest pełna błędów i niedoróbek w interfejsie użytkownika.
Przy cenie butelki i pozycjonowaniu jej jako produktu premium taki poziom aplikacji jest zdecydowanie nieakceptowalny. Sam pomysł jest dobry, ale aplikacja sprawia wrażenie niedopracowanej i wymaga jeszcze sporo pracy, szczególnie w zakresie polskiej wersji językowej, działania funkcji oraz UI.
Nie polecam nikomu zakupu tej butelki.

No Customer Service
Can’t get any response from customer service. My bottles beep randomly throughout points of the day even though audio reminders are off. It’s driving me and my family insane
Good but could be better
It would be nice if you could choose different colors for the sip reminders and the celebrations would also be nice if you could choose different. Sounds so you know without looking at the bottle if it’s a reminder if you met your goal or if you took a sip it also is a little laggy so updates take a little while.

Bottle intermittently tracking Water sent multiple tech-support emails and have received zero responses
So many bugs, so slow
No way to report bugs or get any support from the app. Worked great for a couple years with the Pro bottles, but the Pro2’s are SO SO SLOW to sync, don’t sync in the background (ever) and the app bugs out when adding a bottle or recalibrating. Now I have a Pro2 puck that won’t stop beeping & zero way to get support.

No support
Reached out to support when my sensor stopped working on 6/25 and they’ve only responded twice. No help provided and they are slow to respond if they do.
Disappointed
Im a little disappointed the water bottle can’t sync automatically without opening the app first. Why can’t it run in the background? Other than that, app feels a little clunky but works for the most part.

Belle idée pour nous forcer à boire plus. Belle fabrication. La batterie tient longtemps. Mais payer pour pouvoir indiquer que l on boit de l’eau gazeuse, ou que le café est décaféiné etc .. c’est inutile et mesquin, car cette gourde thermos n est pas donnée.
