This app is horrible
I downloaded this app thinking I was gonna get to know my face shape. Instead I got ratings of my looks and pretty much got bullied, for my features by an Ai and it didn’t even let me see my face shape which is what I needed to know. Not great at all.
Useless
Looked at this app for suggestions on eyeglasses and hairstyle changes. Other than generic information about shapes that can be found anywhere, the eyeglasses information was useless. And the hairstyles were a joke.
Paid for premium 1 year and no features work - scam
This is a complete scam, camera is not working. Need refund immediately.
Response from developer
Hi Linenwalas. A non-working camera feels like a scam, I get it. This often means camera permissions are blocked. Go to Android Settings > Apps > Hiface > Permissions, enable Camera, then restart the app. For refunds, Google Play handles all purchases directly. Request your refund via Google Play > Subscriptions or Purchase History. If the camera issue persists, contact in-app support!
APP DOESN’T WORK
I must have scanned my face 60 different times with different locations, lighting, background, and the app NEVER slowed any picture I took to work. After a while it just said error server down. Don’t recommend this app in the slightest
Response from developer
Hi Santi. Scanning your face 60 times only to see a 'server down' error is exhausting. That happens when heavy network traffic times out the facial upload. Try switching between Wi-Fi and mobile data, then force close Hiface and retry with a single clear front-facing photo. Contact in-app support if stuck!
No face?
Took multiple selfies in good lighting and tried uploading pictures yet not one could recognize my face shape… waste of time
