APP DOESN’T WORK

I must have scanned my face 60 different times with different locations, lighting, background, and the app NEVER slowed any picture I took to work. After a while it just said error server down. Don’t recommend this app in the slightest

Took multiple selfies in good lighting and tried uploading pictures yet not one could recognize my face shape… waste of time

I had no idea I even had a subscription to this. I was paying 50 a year

Fundamentally Broken

Have made about 10 attempts to use this app. Hair back, expression neutral, evenly lit white wall. I watched the tutorial, I used the in app targeting oval. Every time it fails to detect a the face shape. It can't even accurately detect a face is present. If its facial recognition is this bad I'd take any "results" with a grain of salt.
