I had no idea I even had a subscription to this. I was paying 50 a year
Fundamentally Broken
Have made about 10 attempts to use this app. Hair back, expression neutral, evenly lit white wall. I watched the tutorial, I used the in app targeting oval. Every time it fails to detect a the face shape. It can't even accurately detect a face is present. If its facial recognition is this bad I'd take any "results" with a grain of salt.

Spent half an hour taking photos of my face like an idiot - all instantly denied. I have blonde eyebrows - this app is racist to blonde haired blue eyed men!

This app NEVER worked. It constantly said, server unavailable, please try again. No matter what I did or used. This is a SCAM.

Paid for one week on the app to see if I liked it before paying for a full year. The server is always unavailable. Can’t compete a face analysis. The genie function doesn’t work. Message sent to the support team.
Not even worth the $6.99
I paid for the weekly pro subscription to try it out. Bottom line: The app doesn’t work. Not only did it keep promoting to pay for the yearly ($39.99) and weekly (after I paid), none of the features worked. I couldn’t access the hairstyles, the daily, nor the genie after multiple tries and closing/opening the app. Glad I only paid $7 for an app that doesn’t work.

Terrible doesn’t work
Only gives shape of face aka oblong and a few white dots around edge of face. Hair mode doesn’t work completely useless even after you pay for a week they charge more each picture yet want to have them look at. Just to say it’s oblong or something like that. False advertising. Rip off.

Doesn’t work
Face scan works but then any ai tool to recommend styles etc don’t respond. They sit as if loading but nothing happens. Multiple connections tried over 2 countries. Currently feels like a broken app that could be great.
Underwhelming for haircuts; concerning face analysis
I really just wanted to try different haircuts. The feature is poor. Just based on photos rather than video. And then there is really weird face analysis tool. No wonder people get depressed if they‘re being examined like livestock.
